Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making any payment to CursorDrive.

Strict No-Refund Policy in Effect

All payments made to CursorDrive are final and non-refundable. By making a payment you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy in full.

Section 01

Introduction

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made to CursorDrive ("Company", "we", "our", "us") for services, digital products, software, templates, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").

By purchasing or engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Section 02

Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments made to CursorDrive are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Advance payments
  • Milestone payments
  • Full project payments
  • Digital product purchases (templates, systems, code, assets)
  • Consultation or strategy fees
📌 Once payment is made, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, except where explicitly required under applicable Indian law.
Section 03

Digital Products & Templates

Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • All template, software, and downloadable product sales are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Access, download, or delivery of digital files constitutes full and final fulfillment
⚖️ Unauthorized chargebacks for digital products will be treated as a breach of contract and may result in legal action.
Section 04

Custom Development & Services

For all custom services (including software, automation systems, AI solutions, websites):

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Project initiation begins immediately after advance payment
  • Time, resources, and manpower allocated are non-recoverable costs

No refund will be issued even if:

  • The client decides to discontinue
  • The project is paused or abandoned
  • The client delays communication
Section 05

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing project scope before payment
  • Providing accurate requirements
  • Communicating clearly and in a timely manner

Failure to meet these responsibilities does not qualify for a refund.

Section 06

Service Delivery & Delays

We strive to deliver all services within agreed timelines. However, delays caused by the following will not qualify for refunds:

  • Client-side delays
  • Changes in requirements
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Force majeure events
Section 07

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal grounds will be treated as a violation of this Policy and a breach of contract.

In such cases, CursorDrive reserves the right to:

  • Suspend all services immediately
  • Terminate agreements
  • Initiate legal proceedings for recovery and damages
Section 08

Exceptions (Limited)

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Required under applicable Indian law, or
  • Explicitly agreed in writing by CursorDrive
📋 Such decisions are made solely at our discretion and do not set a precedent for future cases.
Section 09

Cancellation Policy

  • Once a service is booked or a project is initiated, it cannot be canceled for refund purposes
  • Cancellation requests do not guarantee any financial reimbursement
Section 10

Modifications to Services

CursorDrive reserves the right to modify service scope and improve or update deliverables. Such modifications do not qualify for refunds.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CursorDrive be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or loss of business, revenue, or profits.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Section 12

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Section 13

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Section 14

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the following process shall apply:

  1. Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution in good faith
  2. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  3. Arbitration shall take place in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
