• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, data, or profits
• Failures or disruptions caused by third-party services

Our Services may include integrations with or links to third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party platform downtime or service interruptions
• Data breaches or security incidents on external platforms
• Policy changes or pricing changes of third-party providers

Use of any third-party services integrated with CursorDrive's offerings is entirely at your own risk.

1. Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith amicable negotiation
2. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
3. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
